Kym is based in North Beach and specialises in Residential Property Management of investment properties located in the Northern Coastal suburbs of Perth.

As a licensed sales consultant, with experience as a sales co-ordinator, sales and business manager and most recently marketing manager, Kym has an excellent understanding of the real estate industry.

She is a strong believer that knowledge is power and for this reason she embraces innovation and new opportunities for both self and collective growth. Kym is a passionate and driven individual with strong organisational and time management practices and a great strength in communication. She is highly outcomes focussed with great attention to detail.

My Testimonials

I first met with Kym Lindley who works for Davey Real Estate in North Beach Office, when she showed me around 11/234 Landsdale Road which was back in April 2016.  At the time, this was the first house I looked at renting due to a personal situation that had required me to move out of my own home.

On first impressions, Kym was really friendly, she was very professional, well dressed in her uniform and was sympathetic to my personal situation and she assured me that she would do all she could to assist me in finding a suitable rental property. 

I submitted an Application the next day due to Kym’s professionalism, and she immediately presented my Offer to the Landlord.  On approval from the Landlord, she quickly conducted my reference checks and offered me to rent the property all within a very speedy timeframe of 24 hours.

Kym lived closed by and nothing was too much trouble for her, she always picked up the phone when I called her and if she was unavailable she would always call me back very quickly so as to not keep me waiting.  She also responded rapidly to any emails that I sent her and anything that I needed doing she just got the job done and arranged on my behalf.

Kym also often popped in to see me when I needed her to check on a few things in the property, nothing was ever too much trouble for her.  Davey also provided Emergency contact information if ever I needed assistance on Public Holidays too, which again I once had to use when the property’s fence blew down over an Easter period.

Kym and Davey regularly did house inspections every 3 months which always impressed me as this demonstrated that they were checking that the Landlords property was being kept clean and tidy and doing the correct due diligence on his behalf. 

Kym was working in the best interest of both the Tenant and the Landlord and I am very grateful to her for all she did for me whilst I was renting for approx. 20 months.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kym and the Team at Davey to anyone thinking of renting their property through an Agent and I know who I will go to when I find an Investment Property to look after my House.
