Garth and I first had discussion well before I put my house on the market. We talked a few times up until the point I signed the dotted line which was great. Excatly what I wanted a few chats and an update on the market and not a pushy salesman bugging me every few days wanting me to sign. We sold the house in good time considering the way the market was going. He called me once a week after home opens and did what he set out to do and said he would do which was sell the house in the desired time frame. Communication was great throughout the process espically as I was working away at the time. He knew his stuff on the area and what other houses were selling for and was quick to keep our house in just he right price point. I'd recommend Garth to anyone and will use him on our next sale.

Having met Garth in regards to the sale of our townhouse in Innaloo, my wife and I instantly knew that he was going to be a great asset to the sale of our home. He set the correct expectation about time frames and sale price for us.

He presented immaculately and wasn't pushy or "know it all"... in fact he was a really nice guy to just chat to. At the time, the average time for a sale was around 75 days and the market was flat. Garth negotiated the EXACT price we wanted for the house with a purchaser after 21 days... absolute legend. I cannot recommend him highly enough and
