Tim Schifferli was naturally drawn to the real estate industry having bought and sold many houses over the years.

The Davey Scarborough office is a partnership between the Davey family and Tim who is now the licensee and manager of. As an experienced property consultant and business owner, Tim understands what is required to make the sales process as smooth as possible for both buyer and seller.

“My previous career involved dealing with a variety of people at individual and corporate levels. Having spent years managing sales teams, the transition to real estate sales has been smooth and very enjoyable,” Tim says of his 20+ year career in the liquor industry fulfilling senior roles with companies such as Orlando Wyndham and Amberley Estate.

“I can still remember my first sale many years ago - it was a great feeling,” he says. “Communication is extremely important and I believe in working as a team with my vendors and keeping them informed throughout the entire process.”

Tim lives in Scarborough, and previously Woodlands with his wife and family of three adult children.

He is an active member of the community - a life member and past President of Marist Football Club, a life member and past President of Newman Churchlands Swimming Club and currently a member of Scarboro Surf Club where he enjoys a swim with mates most mornings.
