Sale of new build 4x2 in Heathridge
This is the second time I have used Tyson to sell a property. I am extremely satisfied with the sale of my newly built 4x2 house in Heathridge and the campaign that Tyson ran. He gathered a thorough knowledge of the suburb and comparative sales in nearby suburbs to cross reference my desired sale price and to plan the campaign around. It was a new product for the area as hardly any subdivided 4x2's have been on the market in the last few years. We calculated replacement value and assessed where the market was at, and we hit our target price within 7 weeks, which I was very pleased with. I had other agents appraise my house and they had lower sales prices in mind, which were below replacement value. Tyson realised the true property value through his own research and chased leads non stop throughout the whole campaign with many private viewings, some even on his only day off during the week. This hunger and service lead to me achieving a solid offer on the property. I couldn't fault his efforts and the service he provided with in depth break downs of the home opens and discussions of where potential buyers were at. I would use his services again no questions asked.
