Jem has spent the past eight years building strong experience in hospitality and customer service, including two years managing a café. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment for clients and customers, and is now excited to bring her skills and professionalism into a real estate office setting.

Outside of work, Jem enjoys Pilates, dinners with friends, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her partner and their dog.
