With over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, Kayla is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional. She has taken on various roles in the field which have equipped her with valuable insights into the workings of the property market. Her passion for real estate is evident in her dedication to delivering top-notch service and expertise to all clients.

Her outstanding achievements were recognised when she was awarded Property Manager of the Year for the financial year of 2021/22.

Kayla is the Team Leader for our Davey Scarborough Office and prides herself in guiding her team through the challenges and rewards that encapsulate the property industry.

Having gained a high level of knowledge and understanding in Property Management, what motivates and drives Kayla is the problem-solving aspect that embodies the role.

Kayla has an approachable personality; she exudes positivity and loves building relationships with landlords and tenants. Her goal is always for both parties to have an enjoyable experience throughout their time under Davey’s management.

Outside of work hours, you can find Kayla spending time with her furry pal Shyla and indulging in one of her favourite hobbies – Figure Skating.
