Lucy started her career in Real Estate back in 2011 after graduating high school. During her early years in the industry, she worked as a Receptionist at a Northern Suburbs office for a large franchise. After a couple of years, it was time to upskill and gain her Property Management registration. Once equipped with the knowledge, she expanded her skillsets and jumped into Property Management Assistant role.
In 2016, it was time to head down the coast and join the Davey Real Estate team at the Padbury office. There she managed a busy front desk with a PM team with 500+ managements and a busy sales team of 7+ reps. After discovering that the sales admin was her niche, she went back to the classroom and this time expanded her Property Management registration to Sales as well. Once equipped with her Sales registration, Davey Real Estate North Beach was calling her name where she transitioned to a Sales Support role for the sales team. Lucy has also dipped her toes in the Trust Accounting world and spent a period of time managing a couple of entities for the group and from time to time gets called upon the cover when required.
In late 2021 Lucy enrolled to complete her Diploma of Property and began a new role within the company as a Compliance Officer whilst still managing the Sales Support of 5 high achieving Sales Representatives. Lucy is an integral member of the team and takes pride in her work, assisting her colleagues and ensuring that clients are receiving the best service possible.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys travelling WA and afar, and spending quality time with friends and family.
