In only his first full year with Davey, Phil became Davey Real Estate’s “Number One” agent, and has since been setting numerous company sales records through to today.

Phil Pope has set himself apart from the rest by his relentless 24/7 work ethic and constantly delivering more than is expected.

The quality and volume of “thank you” letters from Phil’s clients are testament to his service. Phil brings a wealth of business and management experience to his real estate career. Not only has he owned and run two very successful Health and Fitness clubs concurrently but has established management systems that lead the industry in Australia.

Phil combines this first-hand knowledge and experience in developments with superior customer service. “Through the creation of service-based systems, there is no reason for clients not to receive superior service,” Phil comments.

Phil is a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful young ladies and relishes our coastal lifestyle being a keen surfer. “Having grown up along the coast, and now living in North Beach, there is no where I would rather be.”

Continuously active in the local community, Phil has been the Vice President of the “Trigg, North Beach, Watermans Bay Community Association” and is also the major sponsor of the North Beach Tennis Club, along with sponsoring the North Beach Little Athletics Club and the North Beach Bowls Club.

Phil recently sponsored the creation, publication and subsequent printing of the popular “Between Beach and Bush”, which is a publication of the history of Trigg, North Beach and Watermans Bay. All the initial proceeds from the sale of the books were then donated equally to two community heroes in Coastcare WA and Friends of Star Swamp Bushland.

Phil Pope is a major asset to the Davey Group and to his clients, which is strikingly evident, right from when he negotiated a sale on only his second day in his new career, through to selling million-dollar properties and becoming Davey’s tireless working “Number One” agent of today.
