Silvana brings extensive Real Estate experience to her current role as Licensee / CFO including her in-depth knowledge of the Davey systems, practices and administration. This knowledge assists Silvana in overseeing all aspects of the agency offices including the Administration of the group as well as General, Trust Accounting and HR.
Silvana works closely with the sales, property management and administration teams assisting them in developing and implementing new systems and procedures. Silvana also embraces her additional role as Branch Manager/Licensee of the Padbury office.
