Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is available to new property management clients who enter into a new Management Authority with Davey Real Estate.
• The Management Authority must be signed for Davey Real Estate’s standard 24-month management term and at Davey Real Estate’s applicable standard management fees.
• The Management Authority must be fully signed and accepted by Davey Real Estate on or before 30 November 2026.
• The promotion must be mentioned at the time of signing the Management Authority. It cannot be applied retrospectively.
• The promotion is limited to one $100 HOYTS Movie Voucher per eligible Management Authority.
• The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• If the Management Authority does not proceed, is cancelled prior to the commencement of management, or does not otherwise satisfy these Terms and Conditions, the voucher will not be issued.
• Any HOYTS Movie Voucher supplied is subject to HOYTS’ own terms, conditions and expiry dates.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Davey Real Estate property management promotion, discount or incentive unless otherwise agreed by Davey Real Estate.
• Davey Real Estate reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing the voucher.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
