Supporting Daniel Poiani and Tyson Barry at Davey Real Estate, Deborah oversees the operational side of every property campaign, from preparing homes for market and coordinating marketing, trades and compliance through to settlement. Her ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems and keep every detail on track allows the team to consistently deliver outstanding service and exceptional results.

Having built her career across the real estate, legal, accounting and mining industries, Deborah brings a wealth of experience, professionalism and genuine care to every interaction. Her diverse background has shaped her ability to communicate with empathy, stay calm under pressure and confidently manage the many moving parts involved in every campaign. Outside of real estate, Deborah enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. With a passion for fashion, a love of delicious Italian food and a good glass of wine, she enjoys nothing more than sharing life’s everyday moments with family and friends. For Deborah, the greatest reward is knowing the clients she works with feel genuinely cared for long after the sold sticker goes up.
