As of 2025, Tim has 20 years Real Estate experience, 18 years with Davey Real Estate and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Before real estate Tim spent 24 years in various roles in the liquor industry, with major companies like Orlando Wyndham and Amberley Estate, always in sales and mainly managing a sales team. The transition to real estate was a smooth and enjoyable one.
Having sold hundreds of properties in many and varied suburbs, Tim has the experience and know how to work with any client. A strata “expert” and having experience in subdivisions, speak to Tim if you have a strata property to sell or a property that has development potential. A past Director and Licensee of the Scarborough Office, Tim can assist in sales, including auctions, as well as Property Management.
An active member of the community, Tim lives in Scarborough with his wife Anne. He is a life member and Past President of Marist Football Club, a life member and past president of Newman Churchlands Swimming Club, a Past President of the Newman Sports Association and currently is a member of Scarborough Sports and Community Club and also Scarboro Surf Club where he enjoys a swim with mates most mornings.
